I viaggi nel tempo da sempre hanno affascinato l’Uomo: sia Letteratura che Cinema si sono sbizzarriti, raccontandoci storie affascinanti, facendoci sognare. C’è chi dice che sia possibile viaggiare nel passato e nel futuro, chi è convinto che sia solo frutto della fantasia umana, che pretende di avere il controllo su tutto. L’unica certezza è che il filone della Fantascienza continua ad attingere da questo argomento, dimostrazione, di successo, ne è “Breaking Infinity”.
Il nuovo film britannico, uscito in questi giorni al cinema e disponibile in Digital Download dal 3 Luglio, va ad arricchire il genere della Fantascienza con una trama che si avvicina molto ai primi film degli anni ’80, inserendo qualche elemento che ricorda parecchio i lavori di Christopher Nolan, la narrazione non lineare tra tutti. La regista Marianna Dean, assieme allo sceneggiatore David Trotti, è riuscita a realizzare un prodotto di qualità assoluta, che conquista gli strenui difensori e cultori del genere fantascientifico. L’unico difetto del film è un solo effetto speciale: il fuoco che brucia a seguito di un’esplosione all’interno del laboratorio. Un piccolo dettaglio fuori posto, che può indisporre gli spettatori più esigenti, ma che non va ad intaccare la bellezza dell’opera nell’insieme. Sicuramente è uno dei film da vedere tra quelli che sono usciti al cinema.
Nel corso di questa avvincente storia Liam, uno scienziato rimasto bloccato nel tempo, viene guidato da un uomo anziano misterioso che lo aiuta nello scongiurare la fine del mondo che potrebbe aver causato lo scienziato stesso.

“BREAKING INFINITY”: NEW LIFE FOR TIME TRAVEL FILMS
Time travel has always fascinated Man: both Literature and Cinema have indulged, telling fascinating stories, making us dream. There are those who say that it is possible to travel in the past and in the future, others who are convinced that it is only the fruit of human imagination, which claims to have control over everything. The only certainty is that the strand of Science Fiction continues to draw from this topic, successful demonstration is “Breaking Infinity”.
The new British film, released in these days at the cinemas and available in Digital Download from July 3, goes to enrich the genre of Science Fiction with a plot that is very close to the first films of the 80s, inserting some elements that remind a lot of the works of Christopher Nolan, the non-linear narration among all. The director Marianna Dean, together with the screenwriter David Trotti, has managed to make a product of absolute quality, that conquers the strenuous defenders and lovers of the Science Fiction genre. The only flaw in the film is one special effect: the fire that burns as a result of an explosion inside the lab. A small detail out of place, which can annoy the most discerning viewers. A small detail out of place, but that does not affect the beauty of the work as a whole. Surely it is one of the movies to be seen among those who were released in cinemas.
Throughout this compelling story, Liam, a scientist stuck in time, is led by a mysterious old man who helps him avert the end of the world that may have caused the scientist himself.
