A Londra il 10 Giugno ritorna la World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR), uno degli eventi più particolari, famosi e divertenti del mondo.
La World Naked Bike Ride del 2023 si svolgerà a Londra Sabato 10 Giugno. Alla corsa parteciperanno oltre un migliaio di ciclisti, tutti nudi e pronti a divertirsi. In tutta la Città ci saranno nove punti di partenza, per permettere a tutti di partecipare. Per i più esperti il percorso più lungo è di circa 20 miglia con la partenza da Croydon. Il raduno inizierà alle ore 11 al 233 di Shirley Church Road. Il percorso più breve di 7 miglia invece parte da Regent’s Park Outer Circle alle 14.50.

Kew Bridge, estremità nord del Kew Bridge, W4 3NQ. Raduno alle 13.15, partenza alle 13.30;
Tower Hill, Trinity Square Gardens, EC3N 4DJ. Raduno alle 13.45, partenza alle 14.45;
Wellington Arch, Hyde Park Corner, W1J 7JZ. Raduno alle 14.15, partenza alle 14.45;
Clapham Junction, Grant Rd, SW11 2NU. Raduno alle 14.30, partenza alle 14.45
Regent’s Park, Outer Circle, vicino alla NW1 4NA. Raduno alle 14.35, partrnza alle 14.50;
Vicino a Waterloo. Raduno alle 15.45, partenza alle 16.00.
I percorsi si uniranno tutti sul Westminster Bridge per il gran finale nel centro di Londra. La corsa terminerà tra le 17.00 e le 18.30 e ci sarà un party ad Angel. Tutte le informazioni sono disponibili sul sito di WNBR. L’occasione sarà anche un momento utile di protesta. Molti ciclisti infatti sul proprio corpo dipingeranno slogan per chiedere maggiori tutele per i ciclisti e per agire contro il cambiamento climatico. La gara è aperta a tutti, basta presentarsi nudi e con la propria bicicletta.

LONDON: JUNE 10 THE CITY UNDRESSES FOR THE WORLD NAKED BIKE RIDE
In London on June 10 the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) returns, one of the most special, famous and fun events in the world.
The 2023 World Naked Bike Ride will take place in London on Saturday June 10. The race will be attended by over a thousand cyclists, all naked and ready to have fun. Throughout the City there will be nine starting points, to allow everyone to participate. For the more experienced the longest route is about 20 miles from Croydon. The ride will start at 11 am at 233 Shirley Church Road. The shortest route of 7 miles instead starts from Regent’s Park Outer Circle at 2.50 pm.

Victoria Park, Bonner Gate, E2 9JW. Rally at 11.00 am, departure at 1.30 pm;
Deptford, Matchstick Piehouse, SE8 5HD. Rally at 12.00, departure at 2.00 pm;
Kew Bridge, north end of Kew Bridge, W4 3NQ. Rally at 1.15 pm, departure at 1.30 pm;
Tower Hill, Trinity Square Gardens, EC3N 4DJ. Rally at 1.45 pm, departure at 2.45 pm;
Wellington Arch, Hyde Park Corner, W1J 7JZ. Rally at 2.15 pm, departure at 2.45 pm;
Clapham Junction, Grant Rd, SW11 2NU. Rally at 2.30 pm, departure at 2.45 pm;
Regent’s Park, Outer Circle, near the NW1 4NA. Rally at 2.35 pm, departure at 2.50 pm;
Near Waterloo. Rally at 3.45 pm, departure at 4.00 pm.
The routes will all join on the Westminster Bridge for the grand finale in Central London. The ride will end between 5.00 pm and 6.30 pm and there will be a party in Angel. All information is available on the WNBR website. The occasion will also be a useful moment of protest. Many cyclists in fact paint slogans on their bodies to ask for more protection for cyclists and to act against climate change. The race is open to all, just show up naked and with your bike.
